Who is suitable for the programme?

The programme is 100% accessible and inclusive to anyone who wants to join in, the only rule is to be supportive of each other and try your best!

Participants symptoms might include: low mood, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, overwhelm, low confidence, low self worth, addiction, and many, many more.

Additionally they may be in an area that has an impact of low income, food poverty, low education attendance. They may not socialise or feel like they need regular support but don’t quite fit into other hobby based groups or are not ‘unwell’ enough to receive mental health appointments.

Everyone is welcome.

“The quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail is impressive. I’ll definitely be back for more.”

How does this help?

Being creative and seeing results in short periods of time increases confidence whilst aiding relaxation, by setting smaller goals and achieving them we can help participants to improve their resilience to obstacles and create a mood boosting, feel good energy.

Being part of a smaller group allows for a sense of community and increases socialisation skills, this is then encouraged to continue with The Members Lounge and Creative Wellness Showcase groups online.

By completing a range of creative projects, participants will improve hand eye coordination and fine motor skills that can be reduced during periods of low mood and depression.

By completing a 12 week programme, participants will begin to form the habit of spending time on self care regularly, supported by The Members Lounge and Creative Wellness Showcase groups online.

Can you run data for the programme?

If you require anonymous surveys and data to be collected for your group, this can be provided to suit your needs, additionally reports can be given at the end of each 12 week period including data sets.
