A practical, empowering workshop designed to help Scottish workplaces better understand menopause and support colleagues with confidence and compassion. This session covers menopause awareness, rights at work, and the reasonable adjustments employers are expected to provide. Participants learn how to create an inclusive culture, recognise symptoms, and offer meaningful support so women and those experiencing menopause can thrive at work.

A gentle, reflective space for personal growth and emotional resilience.
Designed for community groups, wellbeing organisations, and individuals seeking deeper self‑understanding, this one‑day workshop explores emotional awareness, regulation, empathy, and healthy relationships. Blending psychology with creative reflective practices, it supports participants to build confidence, strengthen boundaries, and develop compassionate communication skills. Perfect for anyone wanting to enhance their emotional wellbeing and connection with others.


– Workplace Training (6 Hours)

Build stronger teams, better communication, and a healthier workplace culture.
This one‑day Emotional Intelligence workshop helps staff and leaders understand their emotional patterns, manage stress effectively, and communicate with clarity and empathy.
